Sign No. 3

As the two signs above explain, and as was also explained, what was listed above applies to this sign, but it applies to forward traffic.
 It means that the movement forward is in one direction and there is no opposite movement
 You are not obligated to do so, and you can go left, right, or forward

Sign No. 4

Now we come to a prohibition sign, which also means that the road is one-way but you cannot enter or pass the sign
 The road is one-way for those coming from behind the sign
 It is a prohibition sign, which literally means it is forbidden for cars to enter or pass the sign
 Only cars coming from the other side are allowed to leave unless it is proven otherwise

 Here is an example:

As the picture shows, car No. 1 is prohibited from continuing forward
 She only has to go right or left
 But cars coming from the opposite side can

Sign No. 5

A sign prohibiting traffic in both directions
 It literally means it is forbidden to pass the sign and enter the street
 Or coming from and leaving the other side, which means it is forbidden to walk in both directions.
